Biggest issue w C8
I need to allocate extra time everyday because of this car. This morning on my commute - stopped at 7-11 for coffee and someone pulled in next to me and told me he followed me just to see the car- that was a 5 min conversation (Kerbeck I think I got u a customer)
Then I had to stop for gas and a passat owner had to come over and show me pics of his original 427 vette he still has another 10 min conversation in addition to showing me a google photo book of every car hes ever owned.
I also found on my commute the car that most want to "show me up" and blast by me are Teslas - obviously frustrated they bought a car without *********

Literally left the Kerbeck lot on delivery day and go the traffic light to get back on the Ac highway and two women look over beep and give me a thumbs up- I didnt have he car 1000 feet from it point of purchase- No one has thrown panties at it yet - I more worried they may throw depends

That happens to me mostly when I stop on one of my motorcycles, it's always some guy reminiscing about the bikes he had but "life got in the way"" or my favorite - "it just got too dangerous". Mostly I don't want to listen to it but I usually just stand there and smile, but there's a part of me that would like to say "maybe you shouldn't have married someone who took away something you loved, you dumbass!"

What the hell is up with the Teslas?! I was in a C8 these last couple of days and I had Teslas constantly blasting by me and I was already cruising along at about 90. It was funny. Probably lost 20% of their charge on that. LOL
(Those model 3's interiors are boring)

I have 2 disappointments.. 1. Is the unbearable hiway drone in when in anything but TOUR.. when the top is down. Not an engine music, it's a nasty pickup truck drone. 2. The Rear Wheel hop during flat out acceleration.

My disappointment of the HTC is the lack of room for my helmet for the rare track day. Also, the driver side has minimal head room above the window. Hard to be 6’ or taller with this car.

I recall hating the cayman because of engine drone in the cabin at all times. I have zero engine noise intrusion with the c8. As it’s only 24 degrees out tonight won’t be getting much top down driving done. Do those with htc in warmer climates do a lot of top down highway?
