What is the current list of Constraints? More specifically are the lighted door sill still on constraint? Is the a site I should use for this type of info?

C8 Constraint Reports in the C8 Order Info-Allocations/Constraints, Prices, Order Guide, Order Tracking/codes, etc sticky thread. To answer your question directly, the lighted door sills are no longer available.

There have been recent reports that aero pkg 5VM is no longer being constrained. Does this package appear anywhere on the GM configurator or is it an option that can only ordered from a GM dealer?

It has not been added back to the Online Order/Reference Guide, so I suspect it is not available to order at this time. Technically it is not constrained because it cannot be put on an order. Being available from Parts is different that being able to order with car. Do you have a link to something that says it is no longer constrained (actually available to order with car)?

If you never seen this Carbon Fiber options it rocks, go to 20:05 on this video.
.Recently I saw an online GM instruction sheet how to install this option. It's quite elaborate. The install is as solid as a tank once completed. I'm looking to see if I can find this instruction. It was written I presume for dealer techs as they are doing the installs now. Maybe with some luck GM will return the option to a factory option as it was extremely popular before GM terminated it due to limited sourcing.

I was just told by my dealer that they took the Rocker Panel (STI) off my order due to constraint.

I’m good with that as I found better options from a couple of forum vendors.

As I suspected, that is not saying it is no longer on constraint. It merely says they are available to order from parts departments.

While still not available when placing new orders, you can now order the set and have it sent to your Chevrolet dealer where it can be installed during the PDI process and ready and waiting when you take delivery of your new Corvette. Check with your dealer in advance regarding any extra fees for installation.

You can't constrain something your don't offer. It's not a factory item any longer like it once was. They only sold 500 units as they went very fast and GM could not source again them so they dropped them. Gotta think GM will offer them again from the factory.

I agree. I think they will be offered again as a factory option at some point.

Default Black Trident wheel constraint

Just notified today by dealer that the Black Trident wheels were a production constraint. Took them off the order, no problem. They were a dealer installed option, so no big deal in my mind. Not a good reason to delay a build.
