I'm assuming Monday, Tuesday for QC. If lucky it would be loaded onto truck right away and then it's a 2-3 day trip to Dallas. Might have it in Dallas by 4/16. Just an estimate.
Just a possibility that it might take a tad longer than you expect. Mine was built 03/25 and still at 3800 a week later.

True. Going on some recent local deliveries that were in line with that. I could definitely be off.

1/26 allocation here, went to 3400 on 3/31 and TPW 4/5. Probably a 4/9 build start

With your VIN you can use the production spreadsheet to see which day and shift it will be built

Mine was built on 3/23 and was told it was shipped to Toledo at 4300 on 3/29. I never did get clarification whether it was going on a truck or train. Did yours go to Toledo? Maybe we’re on the same truck going to SoCal!🙄

Have any of you used the build and price C8 configurator and if so, notice that when you complete your build-on the "summary" page it shows inventory near you and a box where you can check the inventory. Well, this AM when I clicked that box it did not show my car. But, just now when I checked it showed my car "In transit". So, I did the online "chat" and she said my order is still at "4000". Have any of you been checking this to see when it says your car is in transit and from then, how long it takes to arrive at your dealer?

I was a January 26th allocation and my C8 was built on Monday March 29th, Today I was contacted by McMulkin on How I was going to pay for my car and learned that I went to 4200 (which I guess it means it has left Bowling Green). Since I live in Fresno California I assume I will have a 4-6 week wait while it Zig Zags across Country by rail. From what I understand Union Pacific is the RR used by GM. They have unload facilities in Milpitas, Benicia and Mira Loma. Once the car makes it to one of the rail facilities I assume it will wait there until there is a enough cars to come to the San Joaquin Valley.

Not positive, but I think it’s on a truck. 😳

That would certainly be quicker, and I know there was some discussion about this being temporarily the case, but from what I can tell GM uses rail for deliveries to California. I guess I could contact the Corvette Concierge and report back what I hear.

Thanks for checking on Cooper trucking. I checked with CC this morning and I moved to 4000 after a 03/25 build date. I guess both of our cars will be sitting around the plant for a while still.

I was a January 26th allocation too, with a build date of 3/26...... before you. However, I am still at 4000 and will remain there until at least Tuesday.

Mine was built the same day as yours; Ser# 8583 (was yours before or after mine?). Still wondering if mine was built first or second shift.

Also sitting at 4000, waiting on a ride to northern Virginia... I’m guessing I won’t see it until the week of the 12th.
