I'm very happy with my purchase of the 1LT. The bells and whistles are unnecessary and just add weight. Though my gf is still mad I didn't get it with heated seats, lol. Never needed the engine bay lighting, convex mirrors added for blind spots, and the 1LT interior is still the nicest interior I've ever had in one of my cars.

I find that although you do get a lot of nice extras with 2LT, for myself, the price tag just doesn't warrant those extras. As far as resale value, you will get less for a 1LT vs. a 2 or 3LT, but you won't get that option price less, besides you didn't spend that option price to begin with. I have a 1LT HTC on order now and considered a 2LT, but again could not justify the extra $6800+8% tax on it! Buy what you like and enjoy...don't worry about resale value!
Brilliantly stated. Its no accident the 1LT HTC saw a price hike 50% more than every other Corvette. Its a ridiculous bargain.
