Feels like you are the guy at the bar who's been waiting on a beer for 10 mins and have strategically placed yourself in line to be next and then the bartender goes to the complete opposite side of the bar for the next 10-15 mins and serves them all, while you fight to continue being the next guy because more people are pushing up behind you.

it's GOING to happen, because that's the way GM works. The February folks saw the same thing with some Marchies getting tpw's ahead of them. And to be fair, we've seen a few of the early March preliminary TPW's move already, so of the two April ones we know about, they may end up moving too. If you're feeling frustrated (and we all understand that), just remember none of these folks asked to be moved ahead, it's just the way GM handles it's production planning, and is "normal". And after the past year plus of "abnormal", isn't "normal" a good thing?

Boomer, appreciate your good efforts to help organize us Marchies...Pleased to be a member of our select group! Only two 1LT.s but CMG is gaining and certainly HTC's are well represented...

I really think this would be different if the early TPW's we are hearing about for some April allocations are true. They would not only jump March but also some February. All of the March allocations that are jumping some of the February ones were either discontinued colors or Canadian buyers. There is only one in my spreadsheet that doesn't fit those two groups and they are the same week as the last ones I have seen from February. You can disagree or be unhappy about some of the March allocations being built before the February ones but there is clear logic from BGA perspective as to why it happened. There doesn't appear to be any logic in these particular April builds passing very similar March builds although we all know there may be a lesser option that we haven't figured out that is behind this. Since I am one of the later March allocations I always expected some April allocations to be built before mine as BGA has to spread out builds with certain features like popular colors and the HTCs due to extra build time. I am happy with my TPW and just hope it stays the same.

Anyone that does have TPW's for 5/10 should be checking because they should go to 3300 today or tomorrow and 3400 early next week. Shane should be contacting the ones with NCM delivery in the next week or so to schedule their pickup. It would be extremely lucky to go to 3000 and 3300 the same week. Probably the bigger reason I am skeptical is because there were some from the March group that were given a TPW of 4/12 when they checked within a week or so of hitting 3000. The 4/12 date would be equivalent to the 5/10 TPW for the April allocations. All of the ones with 4/12 TPW's found out a week or two later that the first date was wrong and their new TPW's were 5/3 (for discontinued colors) and 6/7.

Regardless if the 5/10 TPWs do turn out to be true I will celebrate their good luck as a fellow future C8 owner.

Boomer...perhaps I worded my reply less than clear. I dont mean the two at 5/10 are 'definite', my intent was that we will see some April cars produced before some March cars...I don't disagree with your assessment at all, as my opinion is it may be to early to read anything from the April ones yet. But I do believe it best for people to realize that is just part of the process.

Boomer - I'm right there with you on the TPW at the moment -- Thank you very much for putting this together... always good to look at something and hopefully see the progression of those before us to get an idea if we're on track! Either way I feel really fortunate compared to those that had to wait 24+ months (that would be tough)!

On another forum I just read where a guy was happy to pay the $5k over MSRP at a dealer just to order in January, and he thinks he'll get it about the same time we are. I felt bad, he ordered 2 months before me, paid $5K over, and won't get it any sooner. I would never buy from a dealer that would do that - just me... and in that case he could have went to another dealer and not paid it.

Anyway - here's to the journey! Appreciate the effort - Look forward to hearing when the move to 3400 is finally reality! Only bothered the NCM once, will stick with that date until I get an update from GM.

I feel very fortunate as well. I have only been waiting since October with Criswell and stumbled across a local dealer that allowed me to get an allocation 4 or 5 months sooner. I am keeping the deposit with Criswell until I have paid for this one just to make sure. I am going to the NCM to deliver some parts in mid May and I will likely check again at that time.

This is a very small sample size compared with actual production numbers for April, May and June. That being said definitely the trend of production of discontinued colours and Canadian orders seems apparent. Now if only they would ship Western Canadian cars by truck I wouldn’t have to wait from 4-6 weeks for delivery. Oh well I shouldn’t complain as it is very minor in the big picture.

Hi Boomer, please add me to the spreadsheet as well, and thank you for keeping it updated.

1LT RB nonz51 Coupe, March Allocation, 3000 since March 26.

Checked in with corvette concierge today, still at 3000, no tpw.

At best I am capturing about 1 in 60 March allocations. Based on the colors you can see they are not representative of what we would expect based off of last years numbers. It will be interesting to compare once this years numbers on options and colors are out. I ordered a vehicle once that came by rail. I still remember having to wait almost 6 weeks for it to get out of the rail yard and to my dealer. That was 30 years ago.

I called the NCM yesterday. Was told I'm at 3400 and that I can call next Friday to find out exactly what day my car will be built. My TPW is 5/3

Congratulations!!! From what others have said you should be able to find your VIN through your dealer once you hit 3400.

I went 3000 status at the end of March for a HTC Red Mist out of an allocation from Kerbeck for museum delivery. I was informed at the museum my tentative TWP is the week of June 7th

You can go to the NCM website and look under the contact us tab at the top of the page and then open the Delivery tab on the side of the next page. You can either call or email Lori or Shane. I would suggest email is probably less disruptive. This isn't a good week though because of the Bash going on right now.
