Default Dying C8 stitching yellow - Help!

Has anyone dyed their stitching a yellow color? I have seen people's other colors (like orange and red) or doing it yellow on earlier generations.
But specifically, anyone do yellow on a C8?

Reason I ask:
1. The stitching in the car is not white, it is actually a very light gray.

2. I tried various brands of yellow markers, and some produce a lime green color when mixed with the gray stitch (like Uchida). Some kind of weird reaction. I have heard someone else mention this same lime green effect on forums.

3. My latest attempt using a Zig Fabricolor brand yellow maker that someone successfully used on a C7, produced a muddy yellow that looks like dirty (yellow + grey = muddy yellow).

4. I can't seem to find a marker that will produce a similar color to the vibrant OEM yellow stitch.

5. I tried these on the OEM floor mats, in an inconspicuous place, before trying on some part of the car.
These fabric markers are permanent, so no way to undo an error.
So this is very risky.

6. I am not sure if the mats have the same thread as the rest of the car. Anyone know for 100% sure?

Can anyone help please?
Anyone successfully dye a C8 yellow?

Thanks, but like I already said, I already saw that.
And I bought the same exact markers.

That thread does NOT apply to the C8 for yellow color.
Different generation.
Suspect DIFFERENT cord color (C8 light gray vs pure white on C7).

Dying other darker colors like red and blue seems to mask the gray undertones. At least from the C8 dye photos on the forums.

Anyone do yellow dye on a C8?
