Desktop model
I had heard that some of the owners of the 2021 C8 where getting the desk top model which were given to the lucky few who got 2020's. Is this true or just a rumor? I know that some hated the gift but I thought that they looked cool and would have liked to have received something for waiting 16 months to get the car.

All 2020 original buyers and 2021 original buyers get the "model". At times they have been rather behind on getting them sent out and in some cases GM has had them sent to an old address (in their system from a previous GM purchase). I suspect they will continue this for the 2022 MY.

I suspect they're being made in China, and with the global supply chain issue, their may be ten thousand of them stuck on a container ship off the coast of California. But Harlan Charles said all 2020 and 2021 buyers will get one.
