How You Open the Engine Compartment ???

HOW DO YOU OPEN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT??? (Written in all Caps to honor my dad)

But that's a serious question. I took the car to get gas and somebody asked to see it and I couldn't figure it out.

On the convert, there is a cover over the engine and you can't see it. This may help, but it still just reveals the cover underneath.

Well obviously since the engine is in the front of the car, like every other normal self respecting car on the planet, you find the worlds largest can opener and set it on fire to begin the hour long process of reading the owners manual

Right, so this is all they'd see unless you also removed the 18 screws that hold the cover down:

Unfortunately the convertible has the engine hidden from view under a screwed in hatch not easily accessible under the rear deck lid.
