Here is the link to the AAWireless. So far this is the only wireless option for AA if your car has AA but you need to use a wire. If your car does not have AA this dongle will not work. Like the previous poster said, they are changing to rev. 2 so there will be a delay. They are catching up on the current orders. This is a crowd funded project.

Audio quality and performance are just fine. I can't really tell a difference between wired/unwired except it does take several seconds longer to get initialized.
Hope they can get the supply chain issues ironed out so you can all get yours. Definitely worth it!
