The Corvette Concierge must be overwhelmed with calls. I just tried to get through and let the number ring 10 times without a pick up. Oh well, not an emergency, I'll call back tomorrow. I can't seem to find the chat URL.

What's the question? Just checking your spot in line? I mean if it's something they can't change, why bother calling them other than to add to what I imagine is already an overwhelming workload of people worried about factory shutdowns calling.

I'm not trying to be confrontational or anything, just genuinely trying to play devil's advocate (or whatever this would be). Not intending to offend.

You can find 'Contact Us' link in my.chevrolet.com, go there and 'Message Us' for chat. I sent an email and got a response back within a couple of days. I used chat for checking status of my order. But generally I like emails (not real time ways) better when it's not urgent.

No question; just informing. I believe I duly recognized their workload. However, they are there to assist and have told all of us to call back any time.

You can email them and they can spend 30 seconds answering your question instead of all the extra time a phone call takes. I wouldn't answer the phone just to hear someone yell at me about what I have zero controll or responsibility over. Nothing has changed about anyone's order since the plant closed and nothing will change until they open. I'm 3 production days away from a car. Theres nothing a phone call with them can do to change that.
