Coolant/Trans temp
My c8 runs pretty cool on the highway/freeway usually around 185 degrees. Was running around in town driving normal in 88 degree weather and saw my coolant temp at 216 degrees sitting at a light and my tranny temp at 215 degrees. This seems hot to me? Is this normal?

Totally fine. Next to the temp number is an actual gauge, if you notice the coolant temp gauge is barely half way up at 215 degrees. If it was getting too hot you'd be alerted.
