Also keep in mind when disengaging Z mode it will default back to tour mode. So if you have your brakes, steering or suspension set aggressively be prepared for a immediate change back to tour settings. It could catch you off-guard if driving very aggressively and then disengaging Z mode.
I've played around with brake feel in Z mode but quite frankly i notice little difference between tour, sport and track. Am I missing something?
I've had a similar issue for the 9 months I've had my C8. I was coming from a 2017 Grand Sport with 6 piston front calipers and vacuum brake booster. With the aggressive stops I make every day thought there would be more of a different feel in eBoost with various settings! I leave a 4 lane divided highway with often heavy traffic (especially this time of year with folks going and coming from Myrtle Beach) and turn into narrow rural roads. I brake hard so folks behind don't have to slow excessively for me (especially when there is a log truck going to the paper mill in the pack!)
Granted that 50/50 weight C7 GS had some nose dive and went to probably 75% dynamic weight on the front wheels BUT it stopped great and felt like it was. My C8 Z51 stops fine but the feel is different. Expected some difference as no nose dive and probably closer to 50/50 dynamic weight distribution after weight transfer. However on all 3 settings eBoost feels about the same.
I often drive in Z MODE Power set to Track and have eBoost set to Track, Steering to Sport. Love what I call Rev Match Music as it downshifts through 3 gears in the blink of an eye! Have no issue with the C8 (although larger brakes would probably be better) but surprised there is not more difference in eBoost brake feel at different settings. BTW also drive in MY MODE set to Sport with eBoost also set to track. Feels about the same braking as when in Z MODE.
I've posted this a few time but first I've seen the comment from another member or got input!

Based on your recommendation a while ago I also usually drive in Z mode with throttle set to track, brake feel set to track, NPP set to track, steering and suspension set to sport. But when I switch to tour mode the brake feel seems the same. I'm coming from a C7 Z-51 that i drove pretty much in sport mode and on occasion in track.
Waiting for someone to say it feels much different in Touring, Sport and Track! And not normal braking when just cruising when braking hard as someone who Tracks!
Yep, as noted, have Power set to Track, eBoost set to Track (for the past ~4 months, had tried Sport.). I hand NPP set to Track, Steering set to Sport.
In MY Mode I also use set to Sport but eBoost to Track so eBoost is the same as Z Mode.
