So I have to wonder if GM was one of the companies that was targeted during Last Friday’s mass cyberattack!! I had an order with Kerbeck now Ciocca and the order mysteriously disappeared from from the system
I call the Corvette Concierge to get an update and I gave them my order number only to be told that no order exists! Was told to call the dealer.
Needless to say my dealer had no information other than call back later in the week! Ugh not a good answer!!! Car was at status 3800 on Friday!!
Try a different CC communication means. Was not aware of a widespread hack last week. Also don’t know that they’d purge individual records. That’s not their MO. FWIW - just checked and I’m still sitting at the same status code as last week. Didn’t get any strange responses from the CC such as ‘my order no longer exists’. Good luck. Keep us posted in this thread.
Same exact situation! I was 4000 last Wed per CC. I went to look at Cicca site on Thurs and the order was not showing there anymore. I checked CC again and they couldnt find it. I emailed dealer on Sat and they told me "don't worry about it, we're updatingto the new Ciocca system and it'll reappear early next week". Doesnt sound like the big ransomware attack but does sound strange that only a few order numbers seem to have been affected. Let me know if yours reappears- I'll do the same.
I work at a company that was hit by Revil's cyber attack.... it was huge. anyway...an affected system would equal an entire system being locked, it would certainly not purge a single order or not have the ability to do so in most scenarios

I just checked the latest Ciocca tracker against a Kerbeck site screenshot I captured 3 mos ago. ~Half of the orders on that Kerbeck sheet are missing (at least for the ZFBxxx and ZFCxxx order numbers). Seems to confirm that they're getting their stuff together with the transition still as opposed to anything else. @OP - may want to re-title the thread to something like "Missing Ciocca orders" in case others are having the same issue.

Are these older or newer orders you are seeing drop off? 3 Months ago to now, they've delivered a lot of cars, and those cars will drop of the tracker.

My order was ZDSKxx. Was on list as of 6/28/21 but then the Ciocca tracking site updated and the order disappeared.
This whole problem goes higher up than Ciocca. GM has no record of my order, so I doubt it’s just the dealer transition.
Having a day to reflect and process the news, I’m in a better place mentally. I’m sure that the dealer is correct that the list will be fixed by the End of the week. Just frustrated that GM and Ciocca have literally lost my car. For now that is!!

Something isn't adding up here. You had an order number, Ciocca's list or transition has NO bearing whatsoever on your order. My order is still on Ciocca's broken tracking page. Dave already said he is working out the bugs for the tracking page, but this has ZERO effect on the order itself.
OP, recontact the concierge. It easy for them to search for the wrong order, miss key the order number, misunderstand if it was a call. This is NOT a GM problem.

I wish this was true. I went over the order number 5x with the CC person and still no luck finding my order. This is squarely on GM's side. Ciocca not having it listed is one thing, but GM not finding it is completely different.
Shane from NCM is a God send. Just emailed me that car was built 6/30 and is still at 3800 QC hold. 2nd call to CC and I got the same info. Order not found. The sale of the dealership screwed some stuff up!!

Again, it has nothing to do with the sale of a dealership.
Maybe you are mumbling too much to the CC hotline and they can't understand you. I bet if you chatted with them online, they'd find it in an instant If NCM has your order number, so does CC.
The concierge information is usually behind in getting the most up to date info. I remember checking with them for the status of my car just to see what they said a few years back. Kerbeck's website had the car at 4200 (shipped) CC had the car at 3800 (produced). Car showed up 2 days later at Kerbeck.
