The right answer is yes if you order a 3LT with a dipped interior with the edition of competition seats. However the comp seats are not very comfortable.
Thanks all. I didn't know competition seat automatically comes this way on the natural dipped interior. Interesting. I'm not getting competition seat, just wondered if this was some other two tone selection that I couldn't figure out.
Honestly, I want to tell you. It's very difficult for me to choose good seats for my car. Because all the time I choose those seats that are always ripping on me. Or I just take them to the Calgary ceramic coating all the time and leave them to be cleaned. And also did myself the occasional ceramic. Because that's a big problem for me. Since I had them very light colored seats. And they were getting dirty all the time. So I'm still looking for new seats for myself.

obviously those are comp seats.
IMO Chevy got it backwards with the two tone GT2 seats. They should have put the dark accents the same way they did on the comp seats, with the "high wear" areas of the bolsters .
ANY color combo (or material) "exists" if you have a good upholsterer.
(I put cloth inserts in my C5 seats 20-years ago so my skinny butt wouldn't slide all over the Teflon leather )
I had cloth seats in my '93 C4. IIRC, 1993 was the last year that cloth was a factory option. I think there were 40 something cars built with cloth seats that year. I was autocrossing, so I wanted to stay in place better, similar to you. One dealer refused to order the car for me, saying that if I backed out, he couldn't sell it with cloth seats. The next dealer was more than happy to order the car. That was a great car. I beat the crap out of it, Michigan winters, track days, etc., and other than a recall/retrofit of the serpentine belt, nothing ever broke.

The thing people don't get is that the cloth WAY outwore the cheap leather and was more comfortable. I had one of those unicorn '93's. Bought it off an ex-racer who specified cloth knowing it was a better all-around surface for "enthusiastic" driving. Until my C7 with the "suede" centers (which I got, and love, for my C8 as well) the best Vette seats I ever had...
Getting back on topic -- OP, specify the suede centers if you specify GT2. You'll love them.

Do not accept the rumors that competition seats are uncomfortable. I have the competition seats and have zero regrets. Not only do you get the two tone effect at no cost, you also get carbon flash painted trim around the bottom of the seat.
If you are a bigger guy they may not be as comfortable as the GT2. You should really try to find a car with comp seats to do a test fit.
