Just in case someone wanted to play around with different configurations, I used the data provided in the OP to create a very simple spreadsheet that you just put a lower case x in the box to the left of the model and options, and it'll total them up with a grand total at the bottom. Unlike the person who makes a really nice one usually every year, this is totally manual..you have to consider what's equipped with what and select your own options. It also uses the data from the posted pdf file, so if it's wrong, of course, this little tool will also be wrong..
Edit: Chevy website build tool has all coupe and convertible base prices whether 1lt, 2lt, or 3lt exactly $95 higher than this PDF. Z51 price on website build tool is still the 2021 price though.
I'm a little confused. I dont think this PDF (or the chevy build tool on website) includes the $1200 ($1000??) base price increase they had announced for 2022 (on top of the 1k increase back in March that some folks were price protected on). My build using this PDF only went up the $350 for the Z51 package increase compared to what it's been on the chevy website the last couple months. (I've decided against front lift, one less thing to break.)
Betting this PDF is wrong on base model prices unless Chevy decided to change their mind on the additional base price increase.
This makes it seem like 5W8 is available as an option on non C8R special editions. But the config guide says it's only available with the C8R configs...
5W8 NEW! LPO, Carbon Fiber Ground Effects, Carbon Flash-painted, Genuine Corvette Accessory
1 - Included and only available with (ZCR) IMSA GTLM Championship C8.R Edition.
I thought that in 2020 and 2021, in order to get the "TU7 Two-Tone Seats $395.00", on a 2LT one HAD to also order "AH2 GT2 Bucket Seats $1,495.00". It looks like that is not true on the 22. If I read this correctly, you can get two tone on the standard base level seats.

March 1, 2021 $89,605 Price protected 2021 order cancelled by Chevrolet
July 9, 2021 $92,425 newest 2022 pricing
Price increases total $2,820
Whatever, just open up the ordering and get it built, already!!! I'm #2 in waiting at my dealership!

Did you include the DFC of $1295.00. It is not included in the base prices on this pricing sheet.

Build and price is still 2021, not 2022. That's showing the price including destination. The pdf is showing the 2022 price without destination.

Am I reading this right?
No. This is just showing prices for individual options. It's not showing dependencies between options. The order guide will show you that.

Ahhhh I see. The website adds the DFC fee into the build price! I didn't realize that. So yes, adding in the DFC to my build using this PDF my price goes up the right amount. $93865 vs $92220 on the Chevy website build tool. I was adding the DFC charge to the build tool price not realizing their site already adds it in. Bummer. But at least it's only $1645 increase +/- rather than the 2k-3k (or more jump) I feared. Pleasant surprise, pays to be a pessimist sometimes!

Yeah their build tool is what was throwing me off. The $95 difference I was seeing was because it's part of the DFC for 2021 ($1095). Once I took that out the prices line up. On the summary page it's easier to see, because the HTC 3LT shows a base vehicle price of $78,850 before options, and the PDF shows the base price for a HTC 3LT as $79,850. So theres the $1,000 increase for 2022, along with the extra $200 on the DFC.
I'm honestly glad that I had already decided to nix the front lift option. That decision was made before any pricing info was available, so I know my decision isn't based on the cost. I'm right back to where I started with my tentative original build with a sticker including DFC of around 94k. If I could get the leather steering wheel airbag cover on a 2LT I might have even considered going down to that with the GT2 seats, but I priced a leather airbag cover at a dealer and the part alone was over 800, along with installation. That ate up too much of the 3k savings from 3lt to 2lt, so at that point it was very easy to justify just going with the jet black 3lt with red stitching (STILL think they should offer BLUE stitching too! red and yellow as the only stitching options on a jet black 3LT is a bummer for us blue lovers).

The pricing is out but the wait time is still18mths If they start on Sept 6th (which is LABOR DAY and they'll be down) Why should it take 18 months to get a car It's the new model and back logs should have been filled and the hotter cars are being delayed SO why the long wait

Because not all the 2021 orders got built, carried over to the 2022.
