Any opinions on if the suede seat inserts is worth the $595 upgrade? ( Natural color) Also says it includes suede sun visor and headliner. is that also true for the HRC
I have the suede and like it. Sonax cleaner works well although I haven’t needed it as of yet. I have the suede (alcantara) in my current 911’s as well as the one I sold recently and never have the “grungy” issue mentioned. Perhaps the quality between the two manufacturers is different…..they feel the same.
Also, with the exception of all black seats, the ventilation holes on all leather/Mulan give the seats a “dirty” look that some have mentioned. It wouldn’t bother me because I know it’s not dirt, but others seem to be drawn to it.

I had the suede seats in my C7, and after 6 years and 38,000 miles I ordered them again on my C8. They're cooler in summer, warmer in winter, keep you from sliding around on the seat, and after all this time look basically like new.

Maybe you need to wash your hands and clothes more often.

I love the alcantara seat inserts and steering wheel, especially in the convertible. Leather is too sticky and hot for me, especially in black. I actually find it easier to maintain than leather over the long term.
