Thank you for posting this picture, I've been going back in fourth in my head about this combination for months. Seeing this picture has sold me on this combo. This is by far the most beautiful C8 HTC I've seen in my eyes. I know its not for everyone but to me this looks like something Chip Foose or Kindig-it Design would do on a custom build. Now I just have to pray my dealer can get me in a 2022 as this interior color is going away in 2023.

Fingers crossed for you. Morello red is the GOATest of all time choice for the shades and colors it works with. I just barely pinched through with mine. I probably would have just cancelled everything if I couldn’t have gotten morello red. Adrenaline red is not an adequate replacement.

Man I hope so! I’m with Mike Furman at Criswel. I emailed him last month and told him that I wanted Morello Red and he told me to call him in January and he’d see what he could do. So I’ll keep my fingers and toes crossed! 🤞 Glad you were able to get your order in.
I don't think it looks too bad, but it wouldn't be my choice. Natural dipped would look really nice, but then you have to deal with glair on the windscreen, which is why I did not order that color. I probably would go black with red stitching.
I watched all the YouTube videos about the glare from natural dipped and went with the natural with black dash and some other black thrown in. Great compromise and I love it.

When I first sat in my natural dipped interior at the dealer I was blown away by the glare - wow, it was intense! Put on polarized sunglasses and 80% of it went away. Driving home a half hour later, I lowered my sun glasses and the glare was not anything like when I first sat in the car since my brain had already learned to compensate. Not an issue after the first 30 minutes. The top of the dash on my C6 was dark and the HUD screen and dark fascia would reflect on the windshield so it seems that you can't escape the glare but you can easily adjust to it.

Glad it is not an issue for you. Guess I’m worried my old brain would not learn to compensate so quickly.
