I have some issues but they are minor. My biggest is the paint bubbling around the headlight. If someone had told me that I was going to have these problems before I bought the car I still would have bought the car.

I’m concerned because I’ve owned a lot of cars and been on a lot of forums and transmission failures are not a thing you typically see in a new car.
What you appear to be doing is take the “glass half full” approach. Like if Chicago posted how many people didn’t get murdered over the weekend.
For people who don’t have any problems, I want to know their secret. Car built on a Tuesday? Is the color? Give us some tips so I don’t have to plan my trip home using Corvette service centers as waypoints.
Funny you mention Chicago. I lived 50 miles west of there from 2002-2013 and never heard a gun shot. I went downtown often on business and with friends and family. We never had an issue. The glass is a lot more than half full. It's almost to the top!!

That still doesn’t mean they don’t have a problem. Just because it doesn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. That’s just called ignorance.

Jeez.....I'll be you are a lot of fun at parties. I'm ignorant?

If the others here could see how forum members are reacting to your comments on the transmission threads they would think the same as I do about your posts - you need to go buy a Toyota.

You’re obviously worried otherwise you wouldn’t have started a thread hoping for a pep talk.

Got our 2020 Zeus Bronze 3LT coupe at the museum in Oct of ‘20. Upon inspection at the museum noticed a few cosmetic issues with interior fit. One of the A/C vents wasn’t installed properly and it needed to be fixed when we got back at our dealer. It was an easy fix other than taking some of the dash out to get to it. Have also been through 2 new passenger door panels. One changed when the vent was replaced and later found that the tech that installed the previous panel broke some of the top plastic trim where it meets the window channel.

Other than those small quibbles and some recalls 8000 trouble free miles later and it is a true joy of a car!

$15k over MSRP, 18 months and 17,000 awesome miles later, no major issues to report, except, except
for those whinnying about how the high price all the time
. "just let it go" the car is a revolution and it's worth every dollar spent. I truly praise GM for a great job done so far.
and personally, I am ready to pay over $150k for new c8zo6 in a heartbeat

Almost 10,000 miles and no problems.

Some people have to have something to complain about.

Some people are unlucky.

Some people seem to attract problems.

2020 3LT natural dipped, ZERO PROBLEMS, NONE, nada, zilch,

......parked on the street 24/7 since the day I brought it home. My C8 has no idea what a garage is....

I drive it in the snow all winter long, and during the summer it bakes in the summer sweltering heat left outside all summer long.

Currently 7,000 miles on odometer. ( about 300 of those miles on the odometer are from doing 1/4 mile burn outs)

Run it thru the automatic car wash,..... no grill protectors, no paint protection, no car cover, nothing......

Car is flawless. Built like a tank.

I drive it like it’s a rental loaner. I beat on it, and rip on it daily. its my daily driver. Have the front lift option, and use it often but my front bumper cover is scaped up underneath anyway from the deep potholes that I was unable to avoid.

To date, I have been unsuccessful in breaking any component as of yet.

I bought it to use, and not to pamper or cherish.....

.

You apparently didn’t see the pattern of threads related to transmission issues. If there want so many transmission threads, maybe I wouldn’t have a thread to jump on.

Default 1 issue maybe...

February delivery, 6000 miles and the only thing that has bothered me is the XM radio won't load some days. I find this somewhat annoying but I haven't taken it in because I drive my car everyday and don't want to part with it. Other than that, car's perfect! This is the first time I even thought of that as an "issue".
