Is this normal??

'21, Z51, HTC with 800 miles. When I do a manual shift from 1st to 2nd at high RPM's I get a loud, single POP sound. I don't know if it's a backfire or what, but best described as a loud pop. Figured I'd ask here before taking it in to the dealership.

Probably normal when you get into it. My C7 Z will go bang between gear changes when I lay into it.

Completely normal. They all do it, especially with the exhaust in track mode.

Pop in shifting is totally normal.

It's a beautiful thing. Hit that Z-mode button, turn the wick up on everything except suspension and it gets even more vocal. NPP is fantastic for a stock exhaust.
