I have accumulated a lot of scratches on those small black side windows and I was wondering if anyone has attempted to get rid of these and if so what did they use? Is this paint or a super dark tint we are dealing with?

i believe they are molded black. Neither paint nor tint. One of mine had what looked like foggy streaks in it that the detailed could not buff out. The dealer replaced it without an issue. If the scratches aren’t too deep you could try polishing them.
OP, your post begs the question - What are you doing that is causing scratches to accumulate on those "windows"?
indeed, same question here. Mine are still a semi-glossy black with no marks at all. For the OP's question, I have good luck with the Novus line of plastic cleaners/polishes. Been using them for years.
My detailer brought to my attention how susceptible these are to scratches. And it doesn't help any that they're right at eye level. That said, I expect polishing would get them if they're more of the microabrasion variety.
Mine came pock marked.. It was a courtesy delivery. MacMulkin made good and sent me a new part.. Took it to a local Chevy dealer not knowing how to replace it.. I watched.. took about a minute..
He had me open the trunk, then he grabbed the bottom rear where he could get a grip, pulled up and out and away it came. There was some adhesive residue from under the bottom that he rubbed off with his finger, then shoved the new piece up and in,.. snapped it into place and peeled the protective strip off the adhesive of the new one, pushed down on the rubber with his finger and Bob's yer uncle..

Honestly im not sure why there are so many scratches. I do a 2 bucket wash and use only microfiber towels. Only other person to wash my car was NCM PDI and I doubt they did it so its on me. I will let you know how the polish works I do have some Adams swirl and haze remover I can try I just didn't know if I should or not I don't want to make it worse. If I can get it looking like new again I'll put a good coat of wax on it so prevent issues in the future.

I've been looking for someone to offer carbon fibre replacements, or even fake carbon fiber stickers .. but no one yet..
I am first in line with APSIS for these B pillar overlay pieces. I ordered mine a few weeks ago. Hopefully, I will get to see one, or perhaps pick up my set at Carlisle.

Decorative CF? Just as tasteful as chrome. Saw a Lambo today with wing and most of the rear in CF. When the light hits it at various angles it looked like it needed to be repainted black.

My PPF installer covered these plastic panels with PPF film - without protection they scratch very easy and cannot be buffed out.

DO NOT USE an abrasive to polish fake windows. I had a pretty deep scratch on the passenger side, I used Maguire's abrasive scratch remover and it removed what looks like an outer layer, now it is 2 different shades of black. Look at the circle above the tool box in the pic shadow, that's where I polished. I just ordered a replacement for 88.00 with shipping, should be here 3 Oct.
