Yah, well, if one knew all that. But in the case of the Chevrolet dealer, there's no line to see.
The lines are only at places such as an amusement park, where the people who are in line can actually see those that are being served skipping the line. About the best example I know of is an amusement park (Disney World?) where you can pay an extra $20.00 or $30.00 upon entering the park to skip the lines for rides. Again, that's what the Free Market is for. Paying extra $ for more service.
Oh, OK, my mistake. As long as you can be underhanded and screw somebody over and they not know you did it, then it's OK. I'm sorry, I have both a conscience and honor and wouldn't do that to anyone.
You can sell your order or give it away it's your deal
You have nothing to sell until you actually own the car. Until you pay for it, the car, the order, and the allocation belong to the dealer, not you. The dealer buys the car from GM, and until he sells it to you, it's his, not yours.

Yep even if NOT for money and you think you are being altruistic by giving someone a place to get ahead of others "someone is getting screwed!" Frankly a dealer selling a C8 for a significant premium is honest as long as it's clear and known up front!
You guys...so much over thinking.
I was just trying to come up with a better alternative to the frustration some see with the flippers and it sounded good, because people want to be good. Not always.
Instead of letting my 2nd deposit go, or flip it, I'm just going to buy a RB coupe for myself and let the wife drive the CMG HTC, which she basically picked out. I do like that color, but RB is just so wild
It was a decent idea that no hopes of ever working. Just like the kid in the movie...he got killed! hahah...
thanks for the fun...
