I wonder what mode he was in, specifically whether Traction Control/Electronic Stability Control were on or off. Obviously you can still lose control with them on, but I am curious.

If he was smart, he would have talked with the new buyer and closed the deal first. "hey, how would you like to go out for a 'driver orientation' ride and I can show you some of the capabilities of the car?" After signing over the title and getting paid!

WITN.com TV station in Greenwich N.C. has a short video of the accident scene. A tow truck is flipping the car back onto it wheels. Truth, the car didn't look that bad. Maybe even 'buff right out'. Surprised me.
