No. If any dealer installed option is included on the factory order, GM pays for the install. Courtesy Delivery Dealer will get paid by Chevy to install the LPO options.

Thought Zymurgy made it clear BUT here is my 2017 Grand Sport Example:
I paid Kerbeck an extra ~$4500 for the Stage 2 Aero Option package. My Courtesy Delivery dealer charged me $350 fee (has nothing to do with GM, Kerbeck- it's their fee.)
Service Manger told me in addition to the PDI fee, GM paid them to drill the 13 holes per side and install the side skirts with the rivets in the kit and the Splitter install.
BTW kits like that and 5VM are not stocked in BG. No need they don't install. It was shipped from the vendor to my Curtesy Delivery's parts department with my VIN number. They received a week or so before my car. Also the Service Manger found two small dirt spots under the clear coat I would not have found because of where they were. Their body shop fixed and GM no doubt paid for that as well!
For my C8 the two dealer installed options ordered were constrained, i.e. 5VM side skirts and splitter and high wing. Car was perfect so dealer got just the PDI plus the $350 fee!
does courtesy delivery dealer get the standard PDI plus whatever they charge my CD dealer charged 600$
Yes, the courtesy delivery dealer does get both. The PDI is going to be somewhere around 2.5-3.5 hours of labor at the dealer's current approved labor rate. This covers the inspection and check-in off the truck, mechanical inspection, packing material removal, and the appearance preparation for delivery. It is not a tremendously profitable item but one done for every new car received.
