Caffeine Metallic
Since the new configurator is up and I've built my C8 probably 1,000 times, thought I would build my 2LT coupe with the
new colors. Here goes: I really like the Caffeine Metallic! (on somebody else's car. Just like the Zeus Bronze). If you
want a unique C8 this would be it. I built it with natural interior and Edge Red calipers. I'm not saying I would change from
ELB but the new Grey looks nice on the configurator also. Just a thought as I get closer to an allocation every day, haha, it's
only been 12 months with Criswell--e

Saw the Caffeine Metallic in Carlisle and it does looks good especially with the natural interior as you say.
The Hypersonic Gray Metallic is my favorite after seeing it and now prefer it over Silver Flare.
Can't see where anyone can go wrong with any of the 2022 colors.

I believe I saw Caffeine Metallic parked on the street in Bardstown KY a couple of weeks back. The car I saw was in early afternoon bright sunlight, but also semi-shadow due to a large nearby tree. In that light, it looked to be a dark burgundy color, with hints of purple in the shadows. As I walked up to get a closer look, and as my view angle changed from relatively direct to more looking down on the car, more red came out of the burgundy, and the purple kind of disappeared. I think this color is going to have a multi-hued "mystic" effect.
The car I saw had natural with black. (Not dipped.)
I would love to see it with Morello Red interior. (Which I have not seen in real life.)

I saw it at carlisle also under the tent and it didn't do it any justice for sure.
Too dark. Zeus bronze was a way more interesting color and they sold none. So this should be interesting.
The new silver flare was very nice.
The new orange at first impression is not looking better than the old.

Folks really need to see the colors in person. I got ELB on my 20. Went to Spring Mountain in March and was amazed at how good most colors looked. The biggest surprise was yellow. I'm not a yellow fan but my 22 is yellow. My dealer who has not seen the color said he cant believe I ordered yellow.
Folks need to go to a show or make a trip to a big dealer to color shop.
I've never seen a car where pictures don't do it justice and it looks so good in the flesh.

I agree with the recommendation on seeing the car color in person if possible before committing to an order. It is one thing you do not want to be surprised about when your car arrives.
