Or are there less engine and transmission complaints lately? This is a good sign.

It’s because many of the chronic complainers sold their C8’s at a profit. Some even for 29 grand more than they paid.

Mine was built last June not long after the last shutdown (for transmission porosity?) and I have had ZERO issues with the car with nearly 4000 miles on it. ..

Methinks they ironed everything out during the down.

Hopefully the factory has adjusted and resolved issues or those that had issues either sold the car or had it properly repaired.

Z51 build 7/1 and delivered 7/30
5,700 miles on it so far and it's been flawless!
One thing to note, I did have the dealer do the 2 quart DCT track-fill during PDI.

Bought mine August 16th. Have put 4200 miles on it so far in the first month, with no engine or transmission issues. I had the 2 quart DCT track fill done during PDI as well.

I'm starting to think the 2qt DCT track-fill is good preventative maintenance.

My buddy's 2020 was delivered a year ago this week. He has 15K miles on it and it's only been in for routine service.
