You can order them from parts departments. Part number 12707374. MSRP is $16.05. You can get them online for $10-$12.

The body paint matched powder coated V/C along with the Stingray emblem and upper rad hose really works with and compliments the car.

If it were mine I would go one step further and paint the recessed grooves in the air cleaner to match the body leaving the rest chrome.

Wasn’t that added in 2021 to all C8’s?

Yes. Supplier delays kept it off the 2020s.

Easter Egg is a term made famous by Jeep designers/engineers by hiding little details and other things throughout the vehicle. I wouldn't necessarily call this an Easter Egg, but I get where the OP is coming from.

My recommendation for an easter egg. Here and there on the car, have a part which is identical to a part on a previous year Corvette. I think it'd be great to have a part from the C1 on a C8. A C2, C3 part? Wouldn't have to be obvious.

If you're ever bored, go crawl around a modern Jeep and you'll be amazing at all the little details you can find! The Jeep Renegade especially is notorious for them, probably even more so than the Wrangler and Cherokee. The undersides of the floormats even contain topography maps.

And one of my favorites of all-time, a little cross-town rivalry!

"Easter egg" is a far more generally used term than with cars. Here's one fairly common definition, "An Easter egg is a message, image, or feature hidden in software, a video game, a film, or another, usually electronic, medium."
