Did they get that all fixed with the porous housings? If so how did they fix the situation ? I don't see many post or comments on the past 60 days or so.
maybe fixed the porosity problem, but not the solenoid "sticking" issue. i got it with 26 miles on the clock. Car was built on 7/8. The 3 step DCT flush fixed the issue, and I now am at 5k miles with no further issues.
I was hoping that consecutive 2 week shutdown before mine was built had something to do with finding/fixing some of the DCT issues that have cropped up.....maybe they did get some of them taken care of, hopefully.
My July 2021 delivered C8, currently with 2500 Miles. Noticed that it was leaking on the garage floor. Transmission pan diagnosed with a leak, replaced gasket. So far so good, however another "do dad" pan near the Trans Pan showed a small leak. Technician said let us replace the gasket. First gasket, broken. Second gasket wrong size. Third gasket is in and "should" be replaced this Wednesday. I brought it home and run around the area a little bit. All the flat bottom metal shielding not replaced.
Sure seems like it. My car was built 7/1 (7/30 delivery) and I already have over 6k flawless miles.
Mine was built on the same day. 3000 miles now; had a drive shaft seal leak on the passenger side; noticed at about 1200 miles. No biggie; fixed quickly under warranty.
Mine was built in March 2021. Delivered in April and noticed transmission leaking in May. Transmission was replaced and car was in the dealership for six weeks total. So far so good after getting it back home.
And this is what is holding me back from doing even an exhaust system. The car is amazing but owning it is always like waiting for the other shoe to drop. Never felt this way with my C6 GS or C7 Z06

Where did you see the leak was it on the ground? Because that's the only way I know how to check. I cant take anything apart etc
