Picked up our 2022 HTC late yesterday afternoon. Oh dark 30 when we got home. Opened the trunk this a.m. and found a long plastic bagged panel with an included baggie of mounting hardware. Described as: RR Underbody Aero Panel PN#23296628. Has an instruction sheet. But for the DIY challenged it provides how to mount it. But not where to mount it? Or even if I need to? Seems if it were important, it would have been done by the factory. Or during the dealer prep. So what is it and do it need it? I'm fine with putting it in a garage cabinet with the C6 and C7 miscellany I never needed but refuse to throw out.

I would assume the dealer forgot to install the panel......Here are a couple pictures where it goes, just take it back to your dealer and have him install it, will take a few minutes.
We are planning a dealer service drive trip to have them install a Apsis USA steering wheel. The wheel shipment is due Nov 1, but knowing how these things go could be mid November just as easily. Can I wait till then? Seems just get a little dirty is all.
What’s the dealer’s name? That’s one service dept that I don’t want to visit.
nor would I be taking it back to them to install the aftermarket steering wheel - which you can install yourself in less time than it takes to drive to the dealer.
