I have developed an annoying SQUEEK in the dash of my 2022 HTC that occurs whenever I hit a bump. I'm debating bringing the car in to have the dealer take a look. Mostly I'm afraid of my dash being taken apart and maybe causing more problems than a simple squeek. Anyone else run into this on their C8? Anyone know what the cause might be?

I had squeeks/creeks in all 4 SLKs I owned (not a C8 but another HTC). I honestly wouldn't risk a dealer ripping apart the dash if it only happens going over bumps. Eventually you will tune it out.

I’ve never been in a Mercedes that doesn’t squeak. Being a premium brand I found that surprising.

I always chalked it up to super tight tolerances leading to plastic trim pieces flexing against each other occasionally over bumps. Just decided not to sweat it long ago.
I've had some come and go, at 1500 miles I figured it's things settling in. Just the other day I had some squeeks that now mysteriously disappeared. One thing that hasn't gone away is a sound that's almost like a crunching on the top, whenever im pulling out of my sloped drvieway. I figured it's just something you deal with when you own a convertible

Kind of my thoughts too. Nice to get rid of squeaks, but the process of finding one can lead to others popping up.
My wife's 2020 Denali had a squeak in the dash that was very annoying to me when I drove it a couple of months ago. She told me that she just drowned it out with the stereo. I made a mental note to have the dealer look at it the next time I took it for an oil change. I did that last week before we took it on a road trip but forgot about the squeak. Your post just reminded me that not only did I not hear the squeak when I took it for service, I didn't hear it the entire seven hour drive to our destination, during our long weekend, or on the drive back. It may go away on it's own.

Drive over speed bumps slowly and try to identify where its coming from. Maybe its easy enough to tackle or at least you can give clueless dealers some direction.
It's surprising sometimes where noises come from. I had an annoying rattle sound coming from somewhere in the dash area of my C8. I banged on the dash trying to find it with no luck. Finally found it. I have a sunglasses holder that clips onto my visor. When I wasn't wearing them and had them in the clip it turned out the little nose pieces would rattle and transmit thru the holder amplifying the sound.
The only creaks/squeeks that I have noticed are when I am coming down my driveway and entering the road at an angle. It is causing flexion in the chassis and I can hear the roof creaking/popping. It is very noticeable.
I figure this is just the roof sliding around on the rubber seal. Was thinking maybe I should pull the roof panel off and put some silicon spray on a patch of microfiber towel and just wipe down the rubber seals. To my knowledge, this won't harm the rubber and should help to break it free from the roof panel and my creaking should be gone!
This is also why I am a little concerned about using a single floor jack to jack the rear over 13 degrees to side fill the DCT. How much torque will this be putting on all those SMC panels underneath?
I had Squeaks in my 2020 3LT Rapid Blue Convertible Red Interior and thought it was from the Top and found it was the Rear Window, if you lowered just a tad the squeaks stopped. Dealer replaced rear window and gaskets and problem solved.

The "official" weather stripping lubricant is GM dielectric grease. I use Sil-Glyde for the weather stripping.
I wouldn't worry about the SMC panels from jacking up the car from one corner. Hard driving puts more stress on the panels than that.
Dielectric grease? Sheesh, that sounds a bit messy.
I just ordered some silicone / teflon fluoropolymer spray (safe for rubber, paints and plastics). I will try a little on a rag and see if this gets rid of the creaking noises.
My 22 htc has a squeak that sounds like it’s from the roof. I just realized a couple of things. If I roll the back window down a little the squeak is gone and I that when I first got the car I brought it into have it tinted, there was some grease across the top edge of the back window. I’m pretty confident that the grease was there to quiet the squeak and when the window was tinted, the tinter had to completely clean all the grease off. I’m going to apply a little clear silicone grease to the seal and top of the window to confirm it will fix it. Previously I applied some to the roof alignment pins at the windshield header but it didn’t change anything.
