My former sister in law was a mega successful car sales person. With et ux, Bro' and she one Friday over Bud Lights, she was talking about the funny things that happen during the sale's dance. One being men always wanting to look at the engine. Staring into the abyss of the engine bay with knowing eyes. Or seemingly. And that 90% hadn't a clue what they were looking at nor how it really worked. I don't get the fascination with 'seeing' the engine. On the coupe, of course, it is a visual component of the design. Stunning for sure. But really needn't be. You don't see most mid engines through a looking glass. And truth be known, what's to see. I just don't get it.
All the stupid stuff people put on their Corvettes, this one is alright. I would like to see it, but I would be interested for the right price. Hell, I put a Corvette sticker on my garage door. How much different is that?
I put the hood Ornament on my engine cover instead of painting it. Slightly larger and easier to see. Matching and better cosmetics than if it was painted.
Side note, with the engine having red valve covers, a red engine cover is the only way to go other than GM OEM black.
The truth is out. HTC owners really miss not having a coupe. I guess that they don't realize the roof comes off and fits in the trunk. No moving parts to break other than your arms or ego.
You failed to mention that when you put the roof in the trunk you have no room for anything else.
Huuummm. Will someone come up with a engine cover wrap for a Coupe to imitate a HTC?

I wasn't going there, but in the spirit for the second one, as an answer for the first one, Why would anyone want to imitate an HTC and cover the engine and I guess HTC owners either don't remember the Frunk or don't use it.
Just enjoy your Game Changer regardless of model. That is why they make Vanilla and Chocolate ice cream.

That’s a pretty stupid statement. I just got back from a 4000 mile trip and had the top down 90% of the time. Plenty of room for luggage in the trunk and the frunk.
I took my HTC to COTA from Houston loaded with 2 sets of clubs, 2 large folding chairs, suitcase, backpack, purse (hers), cooler (mine). With all that loaded into the trunk and frunk, I was able to lower the top while headed to track and take a couple of touring laps.
