The C8 Corvette coupe does not seem to have the storage room of the C7. No storage behind the seats, no storage compartment in dash. Where do I put my hat? Why no room? I thought the C8 was longer than the C7? All engine? I am still comparing the C7 to the C8 for a purchase decision.
Why? Probably because there is a engine behind the seats?
We pack 2 of these, a 12-can size cooler and smaller items in the frunk.
In the trunk we have a 10' pop-up canopy, dry foods, small folding table, sweatshirts, jackets, rain gear, a fleece blanket, micro fiber towels and car cleaning supplies.
It's like putting together the pieces of a jig-saw puzzle to get it all packed but it is very doable.
Sorry no pictures, the car is in storage for the winter

Sounds like a good reason to get the C7. I mean, I always base a car buying decision on where I can store my Stetson.
All vehicles from recent memory I have owned have a compartment for my sunglasses. Am I missing something? Is there no compartment in the C8?
Also a change compartment.
Hmm, critical issues!?!
You can put your glasses in the console or sticking up in one of the two cup holders! You can put change in the other cup holder! BTW, unlike the C7 with shallow cup holders the C8 does not have the limited depth so you can use without whatever tipping in a fast stop!
BUT it is a sports car and does not have all the amenities of a RR! The ride is a bit harsh AND getting in and out takes some dexterity. BUT it goes like hell!

No room for sunglasses! I wish you guys would stop posting all these flaws. I can hear the value of our C8's tumbling every time a post like this is read.
I guess the good news is when word gets out about the sunglasses there won't be anymore waiting lists to order a C8 and by Spring dealers will have lots full of unsold C8's at 12 -15% discounts under MSRP.
