My 2022 HTC has developed an especially annoying "Buzzing/Rattling" sound in the dash, somewhere in the area of the Speedometer cluster (DIC). I have been trying to ignore it, since the last thing I want is some local Chevy tech disassembling my dash. However, it is loud enough now, that I can no longer drown it out by cranking up the stereo. I think I have no choice but to call the dealer this morning and schedule the car to go in. Anyone else run into anything like this?
I had similar problems on my C7. Make sure you can reproduce the problems on a road near the dealer and tell them where. Better yet, get the tech to do a ride along to demonstrate the problem to him. Otherwise the car may get returned with a "Could not reproduce" diagnosis.

Please have a discussing with the service manager if possible to avoid any misunderstandings of the issue that you are having with your vehicle.
Give it some time. My wife had a similar dash rattle in her 2020 Denali that I noticed in July. It annoyed me but she told me that she drowned it out with the stereo. We drove it to Florida in early August and it was gone! I didn’t realize it wasn’t rattling any more until I had been driving it every day for that week in Florida and we were on our way back home.
I would have your cell phone out and ready for the sound in your dash to start up - and record when it happens with the (radio and ventilation blowers off).
I have an appointment set for next Tuesday at the Chevy dealer. As a matter of an update, the buzzing has quieted down considerably since I initiated this thread (I have no idea why), But since I have another issue I need the dealer to address anyway, I'm still keeping the appointment. Let's see what happens between now & then...
I had an Audi that had this same issue and the dealer never could find the problem.
I remember a story about a disgruntled auto worker putting a golf ball in a fender before he sealed it up. I wonder how long it took for the dealer to figure that one out?
