I have a C7 now and would like to know if there is no problem fitting my guitar and floor processor in the C8.

Find a used C8 a local dealer is flipping (there are plenty) and take the guitar and processor to the dealer to see if it fits.

Because of the shape of a guitar, I'm guessing it would not fit in trunk or frunk. Passenger seat, yes, but obviously that may not be an option for you.

It depends on the guitar and case shape, I can tell you that a standard Martin D28 will NOT fit in the back.

My Taylor acoustic in hard case will not fit. Oh it fits..... until you try to close the hood.

If it’s in a soft case I’m sure you can just put it on the passenger floor with the neck pointing up towards the seat

One of the reasons I'm holding off on a C8..
My hockey bag and sticks won't fit.
But they sure do in the C7!

How about meeting potential helpers halfway and providing the dimensions of your guitar case and accessories?

What guitar are you asking about? My rectangular Fender Strat/Tele case fits in my trunk as well as my Lifton Les Paul case.

This is a bass so a bit larger. I can get this case in the trunk and pedalboard in the frunk.

I can’t fit a standard, rectangular HSC in the trunk. And I downsized my pedalboard to this 12x24 so it would fit in the frunk. It just makes it.

Hope that helps at some level.

From a luthier standpoint, I would be hesitant about putting a guitar in the trunk
I've seen posts on here and on Facebook claiming that temperatures in the trunk get upwards of 130° and heard some say they don't get above 98. I put a backpack in the trunk after 4 hours of driving when I took it out the backpack and it's contents were hot. Not sizzle water scalding hot but more than warm.

I'm not saying putting a bolt on strat in the trunk for a 25 minute drive is going to warp the neck, but repeatedly doing it might lead to breaking down some of the adhesives used on a lot of acoustics, mostly around the bridge. I do know that excessive temperature swings are not good. If you had a small 100 watt amp to put in the back I wouldn't think that being a problem but I second the soft case passenger seat idea

Oh believe me, that’s more than crossed my mind. That’s why I use this: hiscoxcases

Has great thermal insulation properties.

However, if it was a long drive, without a doubt I’d through it in the passenger seat.

I fit a Les Paul and Strat in my trunk. Load my Kemper and pedal board in the frunk. No problem at all. Enjoy 🎸👍🎸

Confused...I thought they came with a guitar mounted on the trunk?

That would be a pretty sweet looking guitar, actually!

Yes. I have a Gibson Les Paul. Yea!!
The floor processor and bag are smaller and will fit in the frunk, if not in the back with the guitar. 😄😎😎
