Console Removal ?

Can anyone advise on how to remove the console between the seat backs? I’d like to add some additional insulation if there is enough room underneath.

There is a video on youtube of a guy installing his own engine appearance light upgrade and he shows how to take it out. Hope this helps some.

Well ... my question actually has to do with some differential ‘whine’ I’m experiencing. I’m working with GM, but anticipating they won’t do much. So I might try to add some additional sound deadening. I probably won’t be able to make a substantial improvement but am thinking ahead.
