dash glare in recording ,tan dash ,anyone make a glare shield to fit around camera?? Do not want to put dash pad cover on dash!! Thanks 2021 C-8
To me, dash pad covers and front bras look worse than the symptom they are covering or preventing. I wear polarized sun glasses to ease the glare while driving. I suppose I could cut up an old polarized lens and place in front of the camera to minimize glare. It will be on my list of things to-do.

You can get sheets of plastic polarized film on Amazon (and other places, of course). Putting piece of that over the camera opening might help. Experiment with rotating the film to get the most effect before you cut and attach.
I had played around with a piece of polarized film and it helps. The problem I had is I got a piece with adhesive on one side that was made for a phone screen. The protective film for the adhesive impacted the clarity of the picture. I peeled off the protective film but was unable to remove the adhesive without destroying the polarized film. You need to find a piece of polarized film that has good clarity, without adhesive, and that can be cut to fit.
