Ok I've entered the password for my account (the MyChevy app one) and I've subscribed to Sirius XM. The message I am getting on every engine start has the Sirius XM Logo on the Left side with the following message...Connection Unavailable, Please call Onstar Agent. BTW my Sirius XM radio works just fine.
What else can I do to stop this message....I have not signed up for OnStar and really do not want to.

Maybe contact OnStar and see what they tell you. I canceled everything from my Chevy app because I wanted smart driver disconnected.
I was getting that same message this Pat Spring after taking my C8 out of storage. I entered my password and never got that message again.
I just got my final Black Friday OnStar email today. It states all of the advantages of having it activated. I gave a sigh and thought today marks three weeks without my Vette as I await a DCT.
I randomly get the “enter your password” message every few weeks. I wish is could just remember it. I’ll try the personalization settings that @RKCRLR suggested above.

My car just started doing it again but I didn't try to enter the password since I was taking my car to the dealer to address some rattles in the HTC top (hopefully - my B2B is up in a few days). I asked them to check for infotainment updates (they had just updated my car a month ago) and they said there was an update and they installed it (I still don't have my car back yet).
One interesting thing is my car hadn't had an OTA update for a while, including the one that allows you to get future updates. When I was in the last time they told me that GM told them they had stopped sending OTA updates to may car. GM wouldn't tell them whether it was just my car or all cars.
