Default Ciocca waitlist

Is there a Ciocca waitlist somewhere I can access? I can easily see where I am on the MacMulkin waitlist but can't find that info for Ciocca. Emails to them go unanswered. They didnt even confirm they got my deposit either.

Ciocca hasn't done a wait list tracker at this point. They should have advised you that there is currently a 12 to 15 month wait from wait list to delivery. That translates to a 8 to 11 month wait, then you will be contacted for your order detail and order deposit and at that point, you will be able to track your order progress on their online order tracking page.

Once you get your wait list number and i would suggest contacting Dave Salvatore the Sales Manager at Ciocca (his contact email is on their website) for your wait list number, there are enough posts by other Ciocca customers on this forum to get a general idea when you should expect to place your order. Ciocca usually estimates on the far range of the waiting period, so it's quite possible, the wait will be shorter than they are advising. From watching this forum, Ciocca's wait and MacMulkin's wait time usually run about 1 to 2 months from each other...Sometimes MacMulkin is ahead and sometimes Ciocca is ahead as far as waitlist inception to order date.

Thanks for the info! I have contacted Dave twice for my wait list # but nothing back from him. I'm just going to assume they got my deposit check and have put me on a waitlist. A simple, hey we got your check and you are #### in line as of ####. Thats what MacMulkin did. I love their system.

This is why I went with MM only, and didn't bother with anyone else. I don't mind the wait, I don't mind that they don't always know what's going on, but at least communication semi-regularly on a 4 figure deposit is reasonable.

ordered a 2021 from kerbek early oct 2019. They cashed check and I never got a response either. Their instructions tell you to send check and they will contact you to place order when they get an allocation, That's what happened in aug 2020. No contact from them in between, but nothing happened until then for them to tell me. Do not let all the wait bother you. I got my car jan 8 2021. I love it. All the other crap does not matter. Good Luck

i wouldn’t assume anything with them. I would keep calling to get your answer.

My experience with them was atrocious. It why I took my deposit back and went with another dealer

when did you send your deposit? We can probably give you a general idea of where you stand.

I too would want to have some confirmation on receipt of deposit and where I stood on a wait list. All I can say is keep trying to get your answers.

Just a thought, have you logged into your bank account to see if they have cashed your check? If so, it should also note the date of the withdrawal. Like others, I agree that Ciocca should be keeping you abreast of your progress, but since they're not, by checking on your end you'll at least know if you're "in the game" or not.

Im going to check into that. My acct just shows that the cashiers check I drew on my savings acct was pulled out. Not that it was cashed. I called and left a messege for Dave Salvatore but sure he wont respond. Hasn't yet. Just dont understand how people here have a #in line and I can't seem to find out what mine is or where to get it. I'm #1320 on MM's list.
