I recently purchased a set of these through our local Discount Tire for $2300 including mounting and balancing and 5.5% sales tax.. One of the 4 wheels came with some foreign material under the clear coat and has been sent back for refinishing or replacement. This flaw was very obvious and should have been caught before they were sent to DT. Also on close inspection there were numerous small scratches and what looked like small grains of sand under the clear coat. I accepted that due to the fact that these flaws could only be seen close up. My car is still in winter storage so the wheels will not be installed until the roads are salt free again. I just hope the replacement wheel gets here soon. Overall I have not been very pleased with MRR. I'm just glad that I ordered them through DT as they are working on getting this resolved.

Wow! Well, the good news is that you got a killer deal on them. I paid $2,200.00 PLUS $250.00 to mount & balance. The bad news is that in your case, the quality control was obviously lacking. As for me, when I first took the wheels out of the box, I was not sure I liked them. In fact, I nearly sent them back. It seemed that they were not as highly "polished" as they could have been before being clear coated. So, I polished the wheels myself, using a quality clearcoat polish, then applied two coats of ceramic. The outcome was outstanding. The wheels looked WAY better. They have been on the car now since mid-October and all in all, I have been quite pleased. I have had literally SCORES of people ask me where I got those wheels. The sales manager at the local Chevy dealer walked his salesmen out to the car after the wheels went on, pointed to the wheels, and said "Those are the wheels that GM should have put on this car".

Again, sorry about the Q.C. issues, but if you can get them resolved, I really think you will like the outcome...

I see conflicting info online but would like to know as well. My build has the low profile right now and I want the option to go high later.

The new low profile spoiler is by far the best looking in my opinion.

I wish I could see one of these in person. I ordered my car without one until I decide. It’s either the low or the Z51. I’m leaning toward the Z51 but really want to see one of these in person before making up my mind. For the price I should have went ahead and ordered it with the splitter and changed it is I didn’t like it.

I was told that the bolt-on mounting holes are pre-drilled from the factory and in the same location. My factory low profile spoiler and splitter were both dealer installed. The rear bumper had to be taken off to get it installed.

The spoiler is factory installed. The splitter is installed by the dealer during PDI.
