My passenger side headlight is stained on the inside with condensation pretty bad, which seems like a semi common occurrence. The dealer is supposed to be replacing the headlight tomorrow under warranty, but i was curious if anyone knows if the front bumper needs to be pulled to replace it? Just had the front end clear bra’d

your lucky I have on my 21 both headlights. Dealer and GM blame PPF film and at this time won’t warranty . Can I ask if you have PPF on your car . I took to the people who installed the film . Very high end dealer and they said it’s on inside and that’s garbage they don’t use heat guns to install .
I also have condensation/dripping on the inside of one of my headlights. Did you ever find a solution for this? will GM cover under warranty or tell me to kick rocks? my right headlight is clear but the left one has pretty substantial drip stains

Finally got the dealer to agree to replace them and work it out with GM . This was after I filed complaint with the BBB for autos. If your getting run around like I was I would do that because they at least have mine on record as issue. They were fast and easy , the info is in your manual under customer satisfaction process 800-955-5100. They supposedly are on back order and I am still waiting. Hopefully your dealer will not put you through the GM hassle they will try and get out of it..I also put a not so nice e rating on google for dealer and GM. Hope this helps
Here's a video of mine.
1) Never had PPF on my car.
2) Never had a heatgun on my car
3) Only way to see this is with the correct lighting. I tried to get the local Chevrolet dealer to acknowledge this. Service advisor put a note about my complaint, but said they couldn't see it or reproduce the issue.

they try and run from it . We all have exactly the same issue all over the country . Has to be a defective issue or something at factory . Could be excess coating or something on Lens , maybe after water test some of these are not drying out since these are dried stains in my mind . File complaint with GM , if that doesnt work call the BBB # on page 25 of warrenty resolution . Its amazing they dint want to cover their flagship car. I wont buy another GM product since apparently they dont stand behind it .
Any updates with this issue and people getting it successfully warrantied? One of my headlights has this pretty bad and I'm about to try the warranty route. Fingers crossed...
