Corvette Concierge Data Update Frequency

Does anyone know how often the database that Corvette Concierge uses to report status codes is updated? I feel like I'm getting different answers depending on who I talk to. This morning I talked to someone on chat and all they could tell me was my order was "In Transit" but when I called the phone line the guy told me it was still at 4000 status. Monday I reached out to the NCM and they told me I was at 4B00.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere - I couldn't find much via search.

The NCM will have the best information with a museum delivery. I emailed the Concierge once a week until Shane gave me the best news.

The Concierge is frequently out-of-date and they often lump all 4xxx codes together. I don't know why anybody uses them.
