I use this all the time. It's a bot. It will not give you the numerical event code. It will tell you "moving towards production" but you won't get a 3000, 3300 etc. out of it. When the bot is done, click on "done and dissatisfied." Then a human jumps into the chat and you can ask them for your actual event code and/or TPW.
