hard braking, but also lateral force when the car loses control and then gains grip again, hard cornering force... can be several other reasons. The cosworth software can show you a map overlay and you may be able to figure out where that happened.

On my C6, I could press and hold a button on the HUD and it would display my max g-force for that ignition cycle. Is there any way get the C8 PDR to display or report max g-force? All I have been able to do is watch a playback and watch the g-meter go back and forth.
There's a lot of information captured that can only be seen using the Cosworth software. I'm not aware of a way to make the in car display more data than is typically shown.
