Default March Allocation Tracker

Just realized I never set up a Google sheets file for March allocations like I did for the last 6 or so months. Anyone who is in that group interested in owning the spreadsheet if I set one up, or should I not bother?

Edit: Tracker for March allocations is here

The desired (but never required) datapoints are:
username
Dealer
Body Style (Coupe/HTC)
PEG (1LT, 2LT, 3LT)
Color
Z51 (Yes//No)
Museum Delivery (Yes/No)
GM Order Number
MSRP
First deposit date (if applicable)
Second deposit date (if applicable)
Date of 2000
Date of 3000
TPW at 3000 (if you get one)
Date of 3300
TPW at 3300 (if you get one)
Date of 3400
TPW at 3400 (if you get one)
Adjusted TPW (sometimes it changes even after you hit 3400, so this is a "just in case" column)
VIN
Date of 3800 (Production)
Date of 5000 (Delivery)

What does "owning" the spreadsheet entail? What do I have to do?

Might as well be kind and do yourself again, maybe Im wrong but I assume its a smaller allocation month if its trying to round out the year.

Id offer but I have no idea how to do these spreadsheets even if they are super simple haha.

If you do thank you! If you dont, well thank you for all the months you have done!!! The tracker threads are always fun to read up on.

I have a March allocation and can run with it if you tell me what needs to be done

I had a Feb allocation and used the spreadsheet... and thread... great source of information and a help to get through the excitement of build and delivery! Thank you for creating this!

I do have an observation though, on the Sorted By tab, I don't think all of the cells have the date calculation formulas in them... which impacts the numbers you see on the Summaries tab... if you look at that you can see some blank cells where the date difference should appear (mine being one of them for a couple of the timeframes)... whoever has edit ability may want to look into that... thanks again, it was very useful and informative for me!

Some understanding of spreadsheets is helpful to fix things when one of the users accidentally breaks something, but really, it just means monitoring this thread, entering data for anyone who's not comfortable doing it themselves (or can't because their work blocks filesharing, etc), and shooting me an IM if you need a hand with fixing/changing anything.

I'll go ahead and create the file this evening and add it to my initial post. Worst case it no one uses it, I guess

OK - Then I will "own" it if that will help.

Ooops. I missed seeing that Boomscatty had already stepped up. So I will just stand by.

Fixed. Looks like someone just randomly deleted a whole bunch of formulas. Weird.

that's the downside of a file that everyone can edit, but it saves me a sh*tload of time having to enter/monitor everything, so the occasional file fix is definitely much preferred

@Boomscatty and @RKTKTV , if you're both willing to help, all the better. The basic deal is shoot me an IM if something seems to be going wrong with the file/data/calcs, and keep an eye on the thread. If someone says "here's my info: blah blah blah", it probably means they're not comfortable adding it to the file themselves, so if you can do that for them, it would be great. The file will give you a warning at the top if their data is already entered, so you should notice pretty easily if there are duplicates.

Let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns, and go ahead and enter your own data so you know how to help others.

OK - I have taken a stab at entering my own data. I don't see a "save" command - I assume it is automatic?

correct, it auto saves. Most cloud based stuff works that way these days.

OK - Thanks to PColasanto, the tracker spreadsheet for March 2022 allocations is up and running. Find it at the link provided in the first post, or repeated below:
