So I placed an order on the 24th for a non z51 2lt coupe. Options ordered were mag ride, front end lift, and performance exhaust. There were other options but I want get into that. My order was approved and accepted by gm and is at 3000 status. I asked my dealer if there were any constraints and he said as long as it was accepted and at 3000 status there are no constraints. I am reading in this forum that some people had constraints on their.23my orders for the mag ride, so when do you find out if there are constraints. I got my allocation directly from gm it is not using my dealer’s allocation. It’s a long story about this and I just don’t feel like typing a book. So if my order was accepted and approved and is at 3000 status, are there any constraints?
Constraints apply to orders being assigned to allocations, not to orders already at 2000/3000 or beyond (except in very unusual circumstances - e.g., vendor parts shipment gets destroyed in a truck fire, rail derailment, etc. and replacements are not available).

Interesting as there were dealer posts on this forum indicating that non-Z51s were fully constrained. MM posted that they could only order Z51 cars and could include Mag ride, while some other dealers were not allowed to order mag ride..
the last of the 2022's had to be z51. new week, new order book, 2023's , different constraints. the constraints can change by each order cycle.

May depend on if the option is inventoried at BG or a Tier 1 supplier with a local warehouse. My High Wing was on the build order validated by dealer and Corvette Concierge about 2 1/2 weeks before my build. Two weeks prior got a call from the dealer that it was constrained and I would not be billed. That dealer installed option was no doubt shipped from the Vendor directly to my Courtesy Delivery dealer. They was NO NEED to be stocked at or close to BG for my 2020. That would have been the same as the Stage 2 Aero Option on my prior 2017 Grand Sport. That was received by the dealers parts department a week prior to my car by UPS with my VIN # on the package.
BUT "assume" parts either inventoried at BG or like most parts by a suppler with a local warehouse (like tires and wheels assembled shortly before the build or MRC components) would be delivered to BG assembly plant just before the car started on the assembly line and that inventory would be essentially guaranteed available.
