Sorry you have to sell for health reasons, OP. From my point while searching high and low, I can find a new C8 here and there around 20k over MSRP, my thought is why would I pay the same, or even more for a used one? Sure, colors and options play a part in peoples decisions, but I’m sure some sacrifice for the not so perfect options. Personally, I won’t pay over MSRP, I feel like it’s just throwing cash out the window once things stabilize. Good luck on your sale, thankfully you should get more than you paid and that’s not a bad thing in my book.

True, list it on eBay and Autotrader. You will get solid offers.

I had a similar problem when I sold my Bronco... you see these big money sales going at auction and then crickets when I listed mine. I actually had more interest after I eventually sold it than before... very frustrating. My suggestion is go with BaT. The bidders on that site seem to really WANT to spend more money than is even remotely reasonable, and the commentors apparently take pride in pushing prices ever higher and higher. I chose the other auction site over BaT because it was free and also they were willing to let me set a higher reserve price. Was not worth it.

I would use eBay Motors to sell it. I've sold two cars on there since 2019 and one on FB. I can't stand the idiotic and uninformed keyboard warriors on sale forums that allow comments. With eBay you remain completely anonymous except for your screen name when you list the car. I set my starting bid price high so I keep the tire kickers from bugging me. It took me less than two weeks to sell both cars and I got exactly what I wanted for both of them.

Funny how some have success while other not so. I was going to sell my C8 on BAT and noticed they were getting far less for C8s. Little over a month ago I listed my 2020 C8 for 86,900 on Auto Trader and sold it for 85,000 in 3 hours to a wholesaler in Texas. He flew North picked up the car and I got my check.

The MSRP was $64,495 with 2700 miles on it. Substantially better than CarMax, Vroom and Carvana.

By the way my dealer offered me $66,000. And the last Vroom bid was 73,000 and Carvana was 76,000.

I think it's the chrome wheels that's holding up the sale.

Just kidding. I agree with the post regarding poor pics. Take many more with good scenery around. Make the red pop like pic #1 but without the vehicles in the background. Interior pics too. Select the best pics for your posts.

Tip: Once done, contact Step One, Cadillac, Buick, GMC. in Fort Walton Beach (NW) FL. on main drag Hwy 98. The Step One dealership network in Pensacola has a comp 2021 2LT Red/red w/4,325. miles asking $107,100. Apparently bought at auction. They might entertain picking yours up. Step-One is a vast Automotive Group of dealerships all over the place. If they pass at that dealership check with others in-network. If they ask you to bring it down say no. That's not the way people shop anymore. If they persist, have them pay for a couple nights on The Emerald Coast while in town. The Fort Walton Beach location had more than a handful FS pre owned C8's FS., off & on. 850-275-4205 Ask for the sales manager or owner.

Antonio Santos (Tony) was my salesman at a different Step One dealership a year ago. He may have contacts within the vast Step-One network here if that Cadillac, Buick, GMC place falls through. Tony is on cell phone 850-333-0630. He works for the Step-One Subaru dealership in FWB.

Athens is a suburb of Huntsville. I used to drive to work in Huntsville everyday. Seller was talking out of his back side.
