Last summer a local dealer had a used C8(3000 miles) and I was offered to test drive it. I didn’t drive it because they wouldn’t let me take it out with my daughter.
This is interesting. I am not near Jersey, but can certainly fly over. Do you have a link?
I just assumed you might be nearby since you named to dealership not far from here. You can get the same supercar trackday experience all over the US. As someone else mentioned it's called Xtreme Xperience.

Thanks. I looked it up. Pretty cool place. I'm checking with a friend to see if he wants to join me in Jersey. He is a big Porsche fanatic and they have 911. I'll see what happens.
Wherever you are, you may want to consider attending your local Corvette club. The Lone Star club here in the DFW area usually has 10+ C8s show up to events, and someone would probably be willing to let you take it for a spin. But I am sure there are other local clubs with some active C8 members as well. While you are there, join up! It's a great place to meet new people.
You have a link for this track? Do they have C8's to rent?
Drive Exotic is located at many tracks around the country. This location at the Cresson Motorsports Ranch has a white Z51 in its rentals. Cresson is located just southwest of Fort Worth. Very nice facility.
I am on a waitlist for both Ciocca and Criswell. While I wait, I was wondering if there are any dealerships that allow for test drives. I know that Ciocca has some Corvettes in-stock (used), but I wasn't sure if they were allowing test drives. Any info is helpful. Thank you.
Though i probably would have been happy to buy without test driving just based on reviews, i really did want to drive one. I live within 4 hours of the factory, and drove down and did the 5 lap lead and follow at the Museum Sports park.. It was $300 and is now $350. A little pricey for 20 minutes and i wish they would get us a purchase credit, but glad i did it. The short drive, of course, confirmed the hype was all correct We also got to see the different colors lined up against each other in the sunlight. Since they do one group after another, there was little time to explore the car when stopped, just get in and drive.
I did try and rent one from Avis while on vacation and it was only $150 per day for 150 miles. They had a picture of a c8 on their website and i called to confirm it was a 2020. When I got there it was actually a 2019 C7 and, it was returned the day before wrecked, so it wasn't available anyway. . Interestingly, I should have got my Uber driver's number as he told me his friend had one he was leasing out for the day. I suppose some local services have owners with one in some locations, but not something most of us would ever do wirth ours.
I'm in Texas. Also, I dont feel comfortable driving anyone elses cars (only my own, family or dealer). I would ride in the passenger seat though .
There are lots of forum members in Texas. I already met with one member who hadn’t seen a C8 up close, I can’t remember if he had already ordered a car or was just in the decision making process. Either way he enjoyed the opportunity to check out my car and take it for a quick spin. Try sending a Private Message to one of the members with a Texas location near where you live and see if they might offer to meet up with you.

Probably going to be hard to find a dealer willing to let someone test drive a new C8 (since they are already sold to customers). If you can find a current owner that would be willing to let you briefly drive the car, or rent one for a day from companies that offer that option, it may be a quicker way to get behind the wheel.
