c8 front trunk
just got c8 today, has only 200 miles on it but has a problem, cannot open the front trunk by key fob. I could open it by interior and front driver button.
Anyone has problem like that? Please give some an advice

I did exactly what you said but not thing happen then I use second key fob to open it work, I wait for 5 min. and use first key fob try to open but it not work

I have the same issue. Mine is 3 days old. I’ve tried all with both remotes. Nothing.

I would say it appears to work about 10% of the time. I have tried all the "advice" re how long to push and wait between 2nd push. Tried both FOBs, gave up!
No big deal as easy to push button under driver's headlight and the one in the door. When I have groceries to put in the Frunk (if cold "stuff" don't put in trunk- gets hot) just as hard to get to a FOB as pressing button. When removing when I get home just press the door open button. Frankly same with Trunk, button works fine. My FOB never leaves my pocket!

My September 2 received 2020 was built the 1st week of the "Avoid Frunk hood coming open when driving software." In fact when I picked mine up from the dealer thought the new software would have to be installed as that is what GM said re timing. BUT turned out it came that way from BG. Has been the same from day 1. Worked at dealer and as I say 10% of the time I try with FOB.
