A Very Strange Problem
I have a 2020 HTC. Today when putting my roof up, the passenger side nacelle would not fold under the roof, so the roof would not fully close because the nacelle was obstructing the roof from full closure. I had to manually fold it under and tape it folded under with strong gaffers tape in order to close the roof. Tomorrow I hit the dealer. I am just curious if anyone has had this problem. I am assuming that only one motor controls both nacelles, so it is probably not the motor. We shall see.

There’s a cable that controls each side. It can come disconnected or break, causing what you describe. There’s been several threads on this issue. Good news is that it’s an easy fix at the dealer.
