When was the last time you had outstanding customer service? Well today I had the most outstanding service to swap out my wheels for chrome. The company was Wheelcraft in Mentor, Ohio.
I had been talking with them since January (we are snow birds in Florida) and when I got home to Ohio I called and said I'm ready, when can we do this. I drove from Southwest Ohio to Northeast Ohio, 31/2 hours. I got there at 11:00 and the wheels were waiting and a crew of two immediately started jacking up the 2021 Corvette. Meantime Ed, the president, took myself and my buddy on a plant tour explaining the process of how the finished was accomplished. At 12:00 the car was finished with the upmost care taken for the demount and remount of the wheels. The crew had the best equipment and were very professional. Here is result....

I had my C7 Z51 wheels coated with a black ice finish by Wheel Craft. It was the best customer experience I have ever had. The quality was also top notch. I highly recommend them.
