I cheaped out and bought a $100 set from Amazon. They are VERY NICE for the price. I was shocked.
Given that the OEM GM splash guards are very clearly stamped "Made in China," I'm not sure buying a set from eBay constitutes cheaping out. Same product for lower price seems smart to me.
You'll find them on eBay and less expensive. All of the mud flaps no matter the vendor or style or price are made in the same Chinese factories. Probably 2 dozen Chinese plants one interchangeable with the other. Difference? The time you wait. The price you pay.
Does anyone have the GM part #s for both front and rear OEM GM mud guards. In checking the various GM Parts providers seems there's multiple part #s listed and I want to be sure I order the correct ones.

"Given that the OEM GM splash guards are very clearly stamped 'Made in China,'..." It's not like the whole of China may not have more than one manufacture, and to different standards.
Based on my experience with my 20’ C8, which was white as well, I decided that for the 22’ I was going to replace the OEM guards with the aftermarket extended guards. These were not available early on with the 20’s. I found that you still get a lot of dirt and such that gets on the lower portion. The white just highlights it more. I agree with the comments on replacing the OEM with non-OEM parts, they are all made outside the U.S.
I went with a pair off eBay for $60. Nice fit, nice carbon fiber look, and installed easily in 15 min for the whole car. Here is a before and after.
